Customer Detail List
Use the Customer Detail List function to produce a list of the information (customer's name, address, pay-to name, and balance information) stored in your customer records. To change customer information use the Customers function on the Setup and Maintenance menu.
- Use the Data Filter to select the range of filtering options or leave the filter blank to include all available data.
- Select the fiscal year from the Fiscal Year field.
- Select whether to print the detailed view or summary view from the View list.
- Select, if applicable, the Consolidate History for Bill-To Customers check box to consolidate bill-to customers' histories.
- Select, if applicable, the Payment Method Detail check box to include payment method details in the list.
- Select the sorting criterion from the Sort By section.
- Click a command button to
Select | To |
Print the Customer Detail List using the selected criteria. | |
Output | Output the list as a PDF. |
Send | Save the list as a PDF and attach it to an email using your default mail program. |
Preview | Preview the Customer Detail List using the selected criteria. |
Reset | Reset all fields and lists to their default selections. |
